Menus and Wine

We have created a menu that highlights the freshest of local Goulburn Valley produce and our innovative dishes ensure that there is something for everyone.

Led by Head Chef Robert Crifo, the kitchen serves Modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. Our estate grown olives and olive oil are used extensively throughout the menu. Robert’s renowned dressings, chutneys, jams, reductions and tapenades made inhouse are also featured throughout the menu. These products are also available to purchase in the Olive Shop.

As part of the regional dining experience, the wine list offers selections from highly regarded Regional and Australian wineries.

Additionally, Olivehouse offers Celebration Menus to cater for special times of the year such as Christmas, Mothers Day and Easter.
