Head Chef at Olivehouse is Robert Crifo.
Robert is passionate about food and enthused about his lead role at Olivehouse. With experience in a la carte dining, functions and weddings, Robert is a well rounded kitchen professional with over 20 years of culinary exposure.
Robert has created a range of infused olive oils, tapenades, marinated olives, dressings, chutneys, reductions and jams which are used extensively throughout the menu and sold in the Olive Shop.
