MOTHER’S DAY LUNCHEON MENU
STARTER: GREENDALE GROVE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SERVED WITH FRESH CRUSTY BREAD.
CITRUS CALAMARI – Marinated, lightly floured pineapple cut calamari, deep fried and served on a salad of rocket, tomato, sweet citrus dressing and chorizo.
LAMB RUMP – served on baked polenta with spinach, roasted tomato and capsicum salsa.
MAIN COURSE 1.30pm
PORTERHOUSE STEAK – Char grilled Grass fed porterhouse steak cooked medium well with pepperonata, salsa verde and shiraz jus and sea salted twice cooked crushed potatoes and asparagus.
CHICKEN PINE NUT – Breast of chicken with baby spinach, toasted pine nuts and creamy parmessan cheese sauce served with roast potatoes and asparagus.
SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE TART – Home made pastry tart with a layer of salted caramel, topped with chocolate ganache and scattered with crunchy macadamia, praline served with double cream.
PASSIONFRUIT & RASPBERRY TART – House made pastry tart with our delicious passionfruit curd with raspberries scattered throughout served with berry compote and double cream.
